From childhood diets to running for fun
Kezia grew up always aware of her body. She was bigger than her friends, put on her first diet as a child, and carried that weight, in every sense, into adulthood.
She tried everything. Door-delivered meal plans, juice cleanses, calorie counting. Each one worked for a while. None of them lasted. Most nights, her weight was the last thing she thought about before sleep.
"I always wished I could know what it felt like to live in a healthy body. I just didn't know how, until I stopped looking for the perfect diet."
Four years ago, that changed. Kezia found the slow, compounding power of tiny habits paired with whole-food, plant-based eating. She lost 80 lbs, and this time she kept it off. She also found energy she'd never had, confidence she'd almost forgotten, and a real joy in moving her body.
Now she runs. For fun. And she's spent the years since helping hundreds of other women find their own version of that feeling.
